Here is my latest card for this I have used all tonic dies

Art Nouveau oval layering die set
Die from friends are forever set
Trellis circle
A3 piece White card
A4  blue glitter card
Pearl gems

Folding the piece of A3 white card in half  I placed the largest oval on the fold length ways and cut off excess from the side. I then placed the oval about 1cm over the fold and cut it out  this gave me a hinge at the top, the top oval scored in half which gave me an easel card. Then I cut another large oval
in white and the next size down in glitter blue and stuck to the white one.
Then using the friends forever cut all the layers alternating the colours and stuck on top of the white and blue ovals. Then stuck to the front of the easel.
Then I used the large pattern cut out in blue glitter and stuck to base of easel cut the small trellis circle to use as the stop for the easel placing a small white flower in the centre.
Then to finish off inked the edge of top white oval with blue distress ink and used pearl gems
Nearly 6 months ago I blogged last what a lot has happened Had a total hip replacement, lost my login details but am now back hopefully

Hi everyone hope you had a good week, mine was a busy one had the 2 grandchildren up from Wales.

A quick and fairly simple card today only used 2 Sue Wilsons dies angel and star.

For this card I used an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card.
First I cut a gold  piece of card 5 1/4" square and then a white piece the same. Position the angel and star on the gold square tape them down and cut them out do this with the white square also.
Now keep the white square the gold angel and star put the opposites to one side for use later.
Turn the white piece over and place the gold angel and star in their respective holes, carefully with thin tape tape them in position make sure it doesn't show through the filigree part of the die.
Cut another piece of white card 6 1/4" square place double sided tape to the centre and glitter.
Place foam tape to the back of the angel square and place on top and glitter will show through the skirt and wings.
Cut a piece of gold card 7 1/4" square mount the white squares on top. Then I placed the green ribbon across the front just up from bottom tucking the ends round the back of the gold card then stick all layers to the base card.
I then made a bow and stick pins stuck them in the bottom right corner and finished with green gems.

Hope you like it happy crafting

Hope everyone has had a great weekend

As you can see I am very new to this blogging lark and if anybody has any ideas on things I have missed out I would like to hear.

The first card I'd like to share is a friends card I made for her birthday. Martine also has a blog Ab Fab Designs and has been at it a lot longer than me.

Dies used were
Sue Wilsons - tethered heart striplet
Little B - hearts
Memory box - Meadow leaf
Cheery Lynn - fanciful flourish
Heartfelt Creations - sunkissed fleur stamp and die

I used a 8x8inch card, then I cut a black matt and a smaller white one on which I cut the 3 panels. I then cut and made up the flowers, cut the leaves and added some small white feathers and stuck these to the right bottom corner. Cut happy birthday out in black and stuck to the heart which I placed on foam pads and stuck 2 stick pins behind the heart into the foam pads. I then added a few crystal and black gems to finish the card.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
